Drew Goodyear
President
Drew has 15 years of sales experience in the water and wastewater industry in the Rocky Mountain region as well as 10 years experience in solid waste process & handling systems, environmental monitoring, and construction. He has also dealt with smart aleck employees for what seems like an eternity. Drew believes teamwork is the key to any great organization, and as long as his team is working, his organization is great. He is lovingly referred to as the Supreme Intergalactic Commander by those who know and fear him. In his spare time, he swooshes and putts, often at the same time.

Hal Goble
Vice President
Hal pioneered the start-up of several key manufacturers in the water and wastewater industry. He is also the founder and backbone of both the Water Technology Group and Goble Sampson & Associates. With over 30 years of sales experience in the industry, Hal really knows his “stuff”. He is a patriotic, God fearing, hardback conservative and grateful for the beginnings in this great country as well as a strong cup of coffee and a muffin in the morning. Hal believes golf is a one of the greatest sports in history and supports it’s preservation on a regular basis.

Brian Dieke
Sales Engineer, P.E.
Brian has 15 years experience in the water and wastewater industry, including 5 years experience as a consulting and city Engineer with a large municipality in Colorado and 7 years experience with water and wastewater equipment. He believes snow skiing is the only real form of therapy, golf was the best invention the Scots ever came up with, and fly fishing is not only an art form, but a religious experience. Brian schmoozes with the New York Yankees in his spare time.

Brooks Newbry
Manager-WTG's Mesa Office, Sales Engineer, P.E.
Brooks has 25 years experience in the industry which includes being the Director of European Business Group & Wastewater Technology for CH2M Hill, Director of Business Group Development for Greeley & Hansen, and several years as a university Professor. A man of many eclectic talents, when Brooks isn’t running or coaching soccer in the middle of the desert, his muse takes him away to do musical theatre.

Matt Streeter
Manager-WTG's Iowa Office, Sales Engineer, P.E.
Matt has 13 years experience in water and waste water industry - 5 years as a consulting Engineer designing treatment plants and pump stations, 5 years working directly with equipment manufacturers in the Midwest and West, and 3 years directly providing equipment to municipalities and industries in Iowa and Nebraska. While often coming off as straightlaced and innocent, Matt has been known to run the only stop sign in town on his Harley just for fun and he secretly lives on the wild side.

Dave Hemperly
Manager-WTG's Malaysian Office, Sales Engineer
Dave has 6 years experience in Southeast Asia working to identify potential markets in water and wastewater treatment in Malaysia as well as developing business opportunities throughout the region. While having to work half a world away from the Corporate Office, he finds that living in a lush tropical paradise by the ocean is a huge sacrifice, but one he is willing to make for the sake of all of us suffering through alternating snow storms and heat waves in Denver.
Lory Fetty
AP/AR, Bookkeeping, Font of Wisdom & Knowledge
Lory has 7 years experience with the Water Technology Group and is the resident expert in accounting, financial records and keeping the boys in line. A whiz with numbers, she makes sure all the T’s are crossed, the I’s are dotted, and no one leaves the building without turning in their expense reports. Lory is the “Pantheon of Patience” – which gets tested regularly. Airborne objects have been known to fly out of her office on occasion directed at the nearest Engineer.

Terry Allen
Office Mgr, Exec Assist to Intergalactic Commander
Terry has 17 years experience in sales and business administration. She provides office and sales support to the Engineers, answers the phones, files, types, and banters with the best of them. While having no previous experience in the water/wastewater industry, she has become the Mistress of Organization. She is the redheaded, good hearted Scottish wench of the West. Invictus Maneo!
